Sheldon,

I have just returned from Daisy Mountain & Memorial. To say that I was impressed by the quality of the work performed might be an understatement. This signal construction was, beyond a doubt, some of the best work I have seen in quite a while. Jose and his crew did exceptional work and went the extra distance to ensure that all the work was done as we like to see it. Jose was very interested in having the end product turn out the best he could accomplish and even took extra time the day of the turn-on to tweak the head alignment to get it as perfect as possible. He took the time to neatly lay out the wiring in the boxes and cabinets and made sure all the detection cables were clearly marked for our part of the connection process. At no time during the construction did he ever question our way of doing things, he just did it and was pleased to do it that way. The UPS failure yesterday turned out to be a component issue, something Jose had no control over.

Based on the quality at Memorial, I look forward to the next signal coming on line at Gavilan Peak. It is truly refreshing to have a new signal turn on with no problems and I truly expect that Gavilan Peak will be the same. Jose and his crew are to be commended for their work and I truly look forward to working with Jose again on future projects.
